This workshop is a compact, practical session that blends interactive exercises, strategic frameworks and real-world case studies. The programme opens with focused icebreakers to align participants, then guides teams to map nine business priorities against nine workplace wellbeing areas to define measurable objectives. Using XUKRA methods and a wellbeing-based VOI/ROI approach, attendees co-design impact investments that balance efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability.
The workshop features an Impact Meter diagnostic, a hands-on case study, and concrete guidance on funding impact projects in Europe. Participants leave with clear metrics to wellbeing-based measurable impact. The format alternates short presentations with few surveys to ensure practical learning and immediate applicability across organisations. Feedback and follow-up resources are provided to support scaling and continuous improvement.
